She is always so eager to dance and forgetful of challenges facing her dance performance. Until the chain on its left foot frustrates the whole performance. The chain represents policies, laws and other factors affecting Tanzania\’s business environment.
Tanzanians see the chain constraint. While some see no problem with the chain, others are forced to try to face and navigate their businesses with extremely poor tools. Others, with better tools to improve this business environment, aren\’t fulfilling their individual or collective responsibilities to mend the existing situation. Other simply choose to look the other way.
