Q What motivates you to work hard?

A. I subscribe to the philosophy that service to man is service to God. Hence the fact that I am under the sun for a particular assignment, one being service is quite a motivator. Similarly, I cherish solidarity and a favourable working environment.

Q.How do you ensure self -development and improvement?

A. By keeping abreast with global emerging issues, reading educational material and undertaking courses inclined to my career.

Q. What do you love most about yourcareer?

A. There is a sense of fulfillment that comes from customer satisfaction having served them excellently.

Q.If you had time to do volunteer work,what would do and why?

A. I love teaching. Granted a chance, I would endeavor to empower the community by providing useful information in various fields such as nutrition education.

Q. What would you want to achieve within the next fiveyears?

A.By the grace of God, I would like to have progressed in the hospitality field and academically rise from my current level to another.

Q.Ifyoucouldeliminateoneweaknessorlimitationinyourlife,whatwoulditbe?

A.I believe that I learnt my weaknesses earlier and turned them into my strengths. So far there is nothing really to eliminate. For me now the sky is the limit.

Q.Whataresomeofthedifferentjobsthatyouhavehadinyourlife?

A. I used to work as a photographer and at the same time a bodaboda operator. I have also worked in various construction sites and as a cook in a three-star hotel.

Q.What’s Your Favourite Book?

A.The Fight of Faith: Winning the Battles of Life, by Apostle Sule Emmanuel from Nigeria.

Q.What is your favourite game or sport watch and play?

A.Martial arts, specifically Taekwondo. Though for quite some time I have not played the game, it still remains my favourite.

Q.Whatisyourbiggestfearinlife?

A.My biggest fear is sinning against God. Evidently, the Bible says we should work out our salvation with fear and trembling.

Q.Whatisthebestgiftyoueverreceived?

A.To me, faith in God is the best that I have. It has given me courage to try out other gifts such as singing, preaching and so on.

Q. Would you ratherwinthe lottery orworkat theperfectjobandwhy?

A.I would rather work at the perfect job. It is so fulfilling to work and progress from one level to another.

Q.Whatisyourfavouritechildhoodmemory?

A.I vividly remember visits to our rural area, visiting my grandmother with my mum. I also remember childhood games I used to play with friends from the neighbourhood.

Q. What current world events are really troubling toyou?

A.The current situation of COVID-19 that has affected the global economy and so many operations is of major concern to me. Nevertheless, I have faith that we shall

overcome this pandemic.
