1. Singapore, 24 July 2013 – Hon. Dr. Harrison G. Mwakyembe, Tanzania’s
Minister of Transport, will take the
lead once again at the commencement of the 4th East & Central Africa Roads
& Rail Infrastructure Summit
2013 on August 20-21 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
2. Minister Mwakyembe will deliver the keynote speech to open this fourth
edition of the Roads & Rail
Infrastructure Summit, which will feature presentations by a distinguished
panel of transportation authorities

Transports, Publics Works and
