The Women Deliver conference, an annual global gathering championing female rights, made history this year by holding its first-ever event in Africa in the vibrant city of Kigali, Rwanda.

With over 7,000 delegates in attendance, including heads of state, UN and NGO officials, influencers, activists, artists, and gender equality champions, the conference proved to be a monumental occasion for advancing the cause of gender parity on the African continent.
Zuhura Sengenge was selected as one of the sponsored delegates to represent Tanzania at the Women Deliver 2023 conference.
