The association of Tanzania Employers( ATE) to day has officially Launch
the employer of the year Award (EYA) event. Speaking to day during
conference ATE Chair person Advocate *Cornelius Kariwa *Said ATE Recognizes
that continues improvement of human Resource at the Working place was
paramount for Making Tanzania economy competitive at local,regional and
Global level.While on his side ATE, Executive Director *Aggrey k.
mlimuka*said this is an opportunity for ATE members to showcase what
they do with
regards to Human Resource Management taking into consideration the value of
skilled and motivated employees towards organizational Excellence
The Event is categorized into two main parts the first part is survey which
will be done by independent Consultancy firm-* PAMOMA L.T.D*, which have
been selected after competitive bidding and the second part will be the
awarding event which is schedule to be done in the second week of the
December this year.
However this year event is different compered to the previous event, there
has been some addition in the award categories and also participants will
be issued with certificate of participation,
