In a significant move to enhance its offerings, NAIA Developments has entered into a strategic partnership with Vodafone Egypt to introduce “Triple Play” services—high-speed internet, digital television broadcasting, and landline services—across its various residential projects. This collaboration aims to provide residents with smart home technologies and advanced communication solutions, creating a modern and seamless living experience.
The partnership includes Vodafone Egypt’s high-speed internet services with speeds up to 300 Mbps, ensuring a smooth online experience. It also offers fixed-line services and high-definition digital television, all powered by cutting-edge fiber-optic technology. Vodafone’s “Home Compound” services will bring an unparalleled communication experience to NAIA’s communities.
Eng. Hisham El-Danasoury, CEO of NAIA Developments, shared that this partnership marks a significant step toward the company’s goal of integrating innovative technologies into its projects. He stressed that NAIA is committed to enhancing the quality of life for its residents by collaborating with industry leaders, strengthening its position as a premier brand in real estate. The company is also focusing on expanding its investment portfolio, which currently stands at approximately 46 billion EGP, with plans to explore new opportunities in East Cairo and other strategic locations.
At the signing ceremony, Eng. Karim Kamel, Head of Fixed Internet Services and Residential Communities at Vodafone Egypt, expressed pride in being Egypt’s leading digital partner. He highlighted Vodafone’s ongoing efforts to expand Triple Play solutions within gated communities, working with key real estate developers to meet the rising demand for advanced communication services.
Mohamed Farag, Vice Chairman for the Commercial Sector at NAIA Developments, emphasized the unique technological advantages the “Triple Play” services would bring to residents. The initiative aims to provide a smart living experience, offering a full suite of entertainment, health, and commercial services within communities built on exceptional infrastructure. NAIA is also committed to expanding its portfolio, which includes approximately 252 acres of land across projects such as “NAIA BAY” in Ras Al-Hikma and “NAIA WEST” in New Sheikh Zayed.
This collaboration with Vodafone follows other major partnerships NAIA has forged with global industry leaders. These include a partnership with “Crystal Lagoons” for its innovative lagoon technology at the “NAIA Bay” project, as well as agreements with the “Accor” group to launch the first two hotels in Ras Al-Hikma. Furthermore, NAIA has partnered with “Al-Ghoneimy” Engineering Consultants for design and planning, “Kyme Alchemy” for residential unit finishes at “NAIA WEST,” and “Raafat Miller” for unique designs in their projects located near key areas like 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed City, and Sphinx Airport.
