Infinity Developments, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Infinity Group, is preparing to launch Africa’s most luxurious resort — the Anantara Zanzibar Resort. Scheduled for completion in 2027, this $230 million project will transform the pristine shores of Nungwi, offering unparalleled luxury and elegance.

Construction for the Anantara Zanzibar Resort will commence at the end of October, setting the stage for what promises to be the continent’s most opulent destination. The resort will feature 110 meticulously designed hotel rooms and suites, along with 94 high-end apartments and villas available for purchase.
